LEGALMOEWOLF LTD

Service Policy

These terms govern access to the GGGGoods website, APIs, realtime feeds, dashboards, and related hosted services operated by Moewolf Ltd under the laws of England and Wales.

1. Contracting Entity

GGGGoods is provided by Moewolf Ltd. References to "GGGGoods", "we", "our", or "us" in this policy mean Moewolf Ltd and its permitted affiliates, operators, and subcontractors engaged to provide the service.

2. Scope of Services

The service includes hosted web pages, account features, API access, realtime signal delivery, documentation, dashboards, usage analytics, and any preview, beta, or trial features we may make available. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, legality, performance, or commercial viability.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account, API keys, team members, or delegated credentials.

4. Authentication and Access Control

Access may depend on third-party identity providers, hosted auth centres, bearer tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, and additional verification controls. You must keep credentials confidential, rotate exposed secrets promptly, and notify us without undue delay if you suspect compromise, unauthorised access, fraud, or misuse.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free, Pro, and Pro+ plans may include different request allowances, feature gates, and support levels. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Usage above plan thresholds may be rate limited, deferred, or rejected. Taxes, payment processor charges, and local compliance duties are your responsibility unless explicitly included in quoted pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to break laws, infringe intellectual property, scrape protected third-party systems unlawfully, evade rate limits, reverse engineer restricted components, distribute malware, abuse billing systems, bypass access controls, perform credential stuffing, or materially interfere with the service for other users. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, or legal exposure exists.

7. API and Realtime Feed Restrictions

API responses, websocket feeds, and related derived data are licensed for your internal business use unless a separate commercial redistribution agreement exists. You may not resell, mirror, republish, or create a competing public feed from our output without prior written approval. Temporary caching is permitted only as reasonably required for performance, resilience, and normal product operation.

8. Data Quality and Service Nature

GGGGoods provides software signals, analytics, and structured information feeds. It is not investment advice, procurement advice, legal advice, or professional due diligence. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, merchant accuracy, stock accuracy, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for validating any commercial, trading, sourcing, or operational decisions derived from the service.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the service, site design, databases, software, selection and arrangement of content, trademarks, logos, documentation, and non-public API materials. Subject to your compliance with this policy and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service during the subscription term.

10. Customer Content and Feedback

You retain rights in prompts, account settings, filters, labels, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant us a worldwide licence to host, process, transmit, store, and display such materials solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

11. Security and Incident Response

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the hosted service, but no online system is fully secure. You must maintain your own endpoint security, role governance, and secret hygiene. We may rotate credentials, invalidate sessions, or restrict access to mitigate active incidents.

12. Availability and Maintenance

We may perform planned or emergency maintenance, deploy fixes, change infrastructure providers, or rate limit access for resilience and abuse control. We do not commit to any service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately where required by law, security necessity, payment failure, misuse, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, or clauses intended to survive termination.

14. Warranties Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, and error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this policy limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the affected service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moewolf Ltd from third-party claims, costs, and liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the service, breach of this policy, misuse of credentials, or violation of third-party rights.

17. Export, Sanctions, and Compliance

You must not use the service in violation of export control, sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, or trade compliance laws applicable to you or us. We may refuse service where required to comply with law or provider obligations.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy and any dispute arising out of it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
